Since 1970, the Averla family has carried forward a legacy built on passion, precision and the pursuit of beauty. Raised in his father's goldsmith workshop, Alessandro Averla grew up immersed in the rhythm of the atelier, learning the secrets of the craft directly from those who came before him. After graduating as a Master of Art in Valenza and training as a gemmologist, he chose to continue and renew the family tradition with a personal, contemporary style.
In 1997 he opened the current workshop in Via Verzellino, Savona, which over the years has become a reference point for those seeking goldsmith creations that hold emotions and personal stories.
Philosophy
Every Averla jewel is born from the meeting of technique and imagination. It is not merely a precious ornament, but a true fragment of life fixed in metal — a symbol that preserves emotions, memories and identity. Whether a bespoke creation or one of the most exclusive Art to Wear works, every piece is crafted to transcend time, keeping its beauty and meaning intact.
Method
Our approach is bespoke: we listen, interpret and give shape to the client's wishes, guiding them through a shared journey from the initial idea to the final polish. Every stage can be followed, discussed and refined together, until we arrive at a work that is the authentic reflection of the person who will wear it. We also create reinterpretations of existing jewels, transforming them into something new and personal; and with the same care and attention as an original creation, we offer restoration and repair services.
